We will send you an email with a simple upload link. You can follow this link and upload your photo there.
You will also be able to use this link whenever you want to change the photo memory inside the locket!

The is the best option if you want to gift the locket to someone and surprise them with new photos from time to time. 

Option 2:
You can upload and change a photo memory inside the free evermee app (iOS & Google Play) after scanning the locket for the first time.

Evermee jewelry is compatible with Android as well as iOS 11+.

Please note that you need at least an iPhone 7 or higher to use evermée jewelry.

Yes, you can change the photo inside the necklace whenever you want – from wherever you are.

There is no need to touch the necklace in any way.

You can change the photo by using the same upload link you received via email after you purchase or by using our official evermee app. 

Yes, our jewelry is water proof.

The technology inside the digital locket is passive and does not need any battery.

Hence, you can't be harmed and your photo will not be lost after dropping your jewelry into water.

However, like with all jewelry, we strongly advise you NOT to let water touch your jewelry to avoid an oxidizing reaction that can result in stains.
